How It Works

• Create or Join a Team: Set up a team workspace with one click. Invite members by email and they'll have instant access.

• Switch Between Personal & Team: Use the new toggle at the top of your bookmark library to switch between your personal collection and your team's shared bookmarks.

• Real-Time Sync: When a teammate saves a bookmark, it appears in the shared library instantly. No refreshing. No syncing delays.

• See Who Saved What: Each team bookmark shows who added it, so you can track contributions and spark conversations around shared finds.

Whether you're building a moodboard with a client, collaborating on a rebrand, or just sharing cool sites with your studio — Bookmarkify now makes that seamless.

A Completely Redesigned Interface

We've given Bookmarkify a fresh coat of paint. The new UI is cleaner, more focused, and designed to stay out of your way while you work.

What's Changed

• Refined Visual Design: Softer shadows, improved spacing, and a more cohesive color palette across the entire extension.

• Streamlined Header: The top navigation is more intuitive, with better organization of controls and a clearer visual hierarchy.

• Improved Bookmark Cards: Each bookmark now displays more elegantly, with better image scaling and smoother hover interactions.

• Smarter Dropdowns & Menus: The view mode selector, settings panel, and other menus have been rebuilt for better usability.

• Dark Mode Polish: If you use dark mode, you'll notice it looks even better now with improved contrast and consistency.

The goal was simple: make Bookmarkify feel like a tool designed by designers, for designers.

When you first open Bookmarkify 2.0, you'll be greeted with an interactive onboarding experience that walks you through the key features:

Video Tutorials in Settings

Missed the onboarding or want a refresher? All 6 tutorial videos are available anytime in the Settings panel:

Just open Settings, navigate to the Tutorial section, and replay any video you need.

Upgrading to 2.0

Bookmarkify 2.0 is available now in the Chrome Web Store. If you have automatic updates enabled, you may already have it. Otherwise, head to the store and hit "Update."Your existing bookmarks are safe. All your personal bookmarks will be right where you left them after the update.
