1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Bookmarkify! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bookmarkify, a Chrome extension developed by Ivan Salim. By using Bookmarkify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

Bookmarkify is a Chrome extension that allows users to save and manage bookmarks efficiently. It employs Google Sync for data storage and Firebase for authentication with Google Sign Up.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of Bookmarkify, you must create an account using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

4. Subscription Services

Bookmarkify offers a premium subscription for additional features. Subscriptions are governed by these Terms and any additional terms you agree to when purchasing a subscription.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Bookmarkify only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Bookmarkify. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within Bookmarkify.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the content, design, and services provided by Bookmarkify belong to Ivan Salim or his licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content available through Bookmarkify.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Bookmarkify immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bookmarkify is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ivan Salim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, Bookmarkify.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use Bookmarkify after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
